Mr. OP Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-Institution submits that the petitioner-Society has submitted an application before the respondent No.3-Registrar, Rajasthan Para Medical Counsel for undertaking two Para Medical Courses namely Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with intake capacity of 60 seats and Diploma in Operation Theater

Technology with intake capacity of 60 seats and D.R.T. with intake capacity of 60 seats.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner-Institution’s application has not been approved by the respondent No.3, while observing the certain deficiencies. Learned counsel also submits that petitioner-Institution seeks an opportunity to satisfy the respondent No.3 that the deficiencies pointed out are actually not applicable.

Mr. Bhavit Sharma, learned counsel appearing on respondent-Council submits that in case, the petitioner-Institution approaches the respondent No.3 to satisfy regarding the application in question for running the aforementioned courses, the petitioner-Institution shall be given an opportunity of hearing and appropriate decision shall be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

In light of the limited purview as noted above, the present petition is disposed of with a liberty to petitioner-Institution to approach the respondent No.3 within a period of 10 days from today to satisfy the respondent No.3 regarding the deficiencies pointed out. The respondent No.3 shall consider such submissions and deal with it within a period of three months by passing a speaking order, strictly in accordance. All pending applications stand disposed of.
