Counsel for the petitioner submits that the revenue suit filed on behalf of the plaintiff-respondents is pending before the trial Court since 1998 and counsel prayed for early disposal of the suit.
Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner years, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the concerned revenue Court to decide the pending revenue suit preferably within a period of one year.
