The matters have come up on the applications filed by learned counsel for the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the writ petitions.

Inter-alia, it is submitted that pursuant to the order dated 27^th July, 2023, passed by the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission, Jaipur (for short “RERC”), the petitioner wishes to enter into supplementary Power Purchase Agreement (for short “PPA”) with the respondent Discom, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw these writ petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the respondent(s) may be directed to enter into the supplementary PPA with the petitioner in terms of the order dated 27^th July, 2023, passed by RERC expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the respondents have not opposed the said application(s).

Consequently, the applications, seeking withdrawal of the writ petitions, are allowed.

Both the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

The respondents are directed to do the needful in terms of the order dated 27^th July, 2023, passed by RERC and is directed to enter into the supplementary PPA with the petitioner, preferably within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
