Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown the order dated 08.09.2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court at Jaipur Bench in Mohanlal Jagdishbhai Gopaliya Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8677/2022); and other connected matters , which reads as follows:

“Learned Additional Advocate General, at the outset, submits that all the demand notices/orders impugned and under challenge in these writ petitions may be treated as show cause notices to the petitioners. He submits that the petitioners may file their response/reply/representation against these notices/orders within a period of four weeks from today whereupon, the respondents shall proceed in accordance with law. Learned AAG further submits that all

consequential proceedings including attachment orders in pursuance of the demand notices/orders in the instant writ petitions shall stand withdrawn.

Learned counsels for the petitioners have no objection to the aforesaid submission and pray that the instant writ petitions may be disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

In view thereof, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of submission made by learned AAG.

The pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.”

In light of the above, the same order shall operate in the present petition also, if the petitioner gives a memo of writ petition to the office of Additional Advocate General within a period of seven days from today.

The present petition is disposed of in terms of the aforequoted order. All pending applications stands disposed of.
