These writ petitions involve the issue of experience certificate for claiming of bonus marks.

Since involving identical nature of grievance in respect of non-issuance of experience certificate in prescribed format and for claim of bonus marks has been decided by this Court in bunch of writ petitions, the leading case is Ritesh Gocher & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18156/2022 on 1.2.2023 . Therefore, the decision in case of Ritesh Gocher (supra) shall apply mutatis mutandis in these cases.

Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. Stay application and other pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
