The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to allow the petitioner for B.A. B.ed. Course in furtherance of his admission on the basis of Pre Teacher Education Test 2020(PTET).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared in the PTET 2020 conducted by the respondent No.2-The Co-ordinator and on the basis of his performance in the test, he was allotted the Abhigyan Mahavidhyalaya Tehsil, District Tonk for completion of the B.A. B.ed. Course. He further submits that due

to spread of Covid-19, the petitioner could not deposit the total amount of fees before the last date.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner was allowed admission on the basis of his merit in the PTET 2020 and he failed to deposit the requisite amount of fees.
Learned counsel for the respondents in reply to the writ petition specifically stated in Para No.6 that the petitioner failed to deposit the fees before the cut of date and therefore, because of non-depositing the required fees within time, his admission was canceled and after cancellation of his admission, the seat which fall vacant has been filled by the next candidate in his category.
Considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties.
It is an admitted fact by the petitioner that after he has allowed admission to the B.A. B.ed. Course on the basis of his performance in PTET 2020, he was allotted the college for pursuing the Course but he failed to deposit the requisite fee amount before the last date of depositing the fees.
As per the averments made in reply to the writ petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for respondents for default or deposit of fees before last date, the admission of the petitioner has already been canceled and the seat which fall vacant because of cancellation of his admission, same was allotted to another candidate in the next round of counseling.
In view of above facts and particularly the fact that the B.A. B.ed. Course for which the petitioner is claiming admission have crossed half way, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage.

In view of the discussion made above, the writ petition is
dismissed.
