This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for initiating disciplinary action/proceedings against one Sh. Dinesh Chand Yadav for having misused his official position.
Petitioner, present in person submits that the respondents have given exemption in favour of Sh. Dinesh Chand Yadav from passing of typing test, therefore, disciplinary action be taken against him.
Heard and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, in my view, no case is made out for interference by this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as the petitioner has failed to implead Sh. Dinesh Chand Yadav as party respondent in

the writ petition against whom the relief of initiation of disciplinary proceedings has been claimed by the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed.
