By way of the present writ petitions, the petitioners have prayed that they be given appointment in the Bikaner Division on the post of Senior Teacher (English).

The facts appertain are that pursuant to the recruitment notification dated 13.07.2016, the petitioners were selected and offered appointment, but they were given posting in Udaipur Division.

A reply has been filed by the respondent-State inter alia indicating that no posts for Senior Teacher (English) were advertised for Bikaner Division.

Having perused the reply and letter/document dated 25.01.2018 (Annex. R/1), this Court is satisfied that no posts were advertised for Senior Teacher (English) in the Bikaner Division. Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.

The writ petitions are, therefore, dismissed.
