Writ petitions were filed by the petitioners in the year 2007 against the action of the respondents challenging the order dated 31.07.2007 by which Crusher of the petitioners were seized on the premise that land was agriculture land and it was not converted for use of crusher or other than crusher.

This Court while passing the interim orders dated on 14.09.2007 and 24.10.2007 directed that in the meantime, the petitioners shall be permitted to continue its business from converted area of land only in Khasra Nos. 203-1 bigha 19 biswa, 204-1 bigha 3 biswa, 237-0.43 hectare and 241-0.19 hectare. Matter remained pending before this Court since then. Till date, no reply has been filed by the respondents.

Under these circumstances, writ petitions are disposed of making the interim orders dated 14.09.2007 and 24.10.2007 absolute, however with liberty to the respondents to proceed against petitioners if they are found to have violated any law.
