Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer that the appeal of the respondent being Appeal No.26/2019 pending before the learned District Judge, Bikaner may be directed to be decided at an early date.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the Rent Tribunal, Bikaner on 29.05.2019 was challenged by the respondent No.2 by way of filing an appeal before the respondent No.1. He submits that the said appeal is pending consideration before the learned District Judge, Bikaner since the year 2019, therefore, the learned District Judge, Bikaner may be directed to decide the same at the earliest possible.

Considering the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Judge, Bikaner to decide the pending Appeal No.26/2019 at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
