State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13693/2020) decided on 18.10.2022 alongwith other connected matters and thus, he seeks disposal in the same terms.

In light of such submission, the present writ petition as well as stay petition are also dismissed in terms of the order passed by
