Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:
“i) the respondents may kindly be directed to grant regular pay scale of the post of Gram Sevak cum Paden Sachiv to the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment in terms of judgment dated 28.11.2008 and Division Bench judgment dated 12.7.2010 as the same was sanctioned/allowed to similar situated persons vide order dated 10.9.2010 (Annex.5) with all consequential benefits including seniority and promotion.
Any other order which this Hon’ble Court deemed just and proper in the facts and

circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.”
Perusal of the reply submitted by the respondents indicates that the grievance raised by the petitioner has already been redressed by granting the due benefits. Since the grievance raised by the counsel for the petitioner has already been satisfied, this petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
