At the outset, it is noticed that the entire selection process arising out of the advertisement dated 03.09.42008 has completed long back and all advertised posts have filled and no posts are lying vacant. Subsequently, the subsequent vacancies have also been filled by the respondents by issuing subsequent advertisement. Hence, now at this 'belated stage, tne relleP claimed by the petitioners cannot be entertained.
