By way of present writ petition, the order dated 06/01/2014 and 11/10/2013 are challenged vide which the concerned court had awarded the petitioner one month civil imprisonment under the Contempt of Courts Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has died during the tenure of the writ petition. The said fact is not refuted by the learned counsel for the respondent.
In the light of above, the present petition is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
