Mr. Vishal Jangid, learned Deputy Government Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents, at the outset, submits that a

Committee of the two engineers has been constituted, which will inspect the construction material and give their opinion regarding its safe usability.

In light of such submission, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction that if the engineer’s opinion is in favour, the material may be utilized for the construction and if it is not in their favour, then the same material may not be utilized for construction, as the sensitivity of the case is that the material in question is going to be utilized for construction of a school.

The order for constituting the team of two Engineers is taken on record.

All pending applications also stand disposed of.
