Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Bhanwara Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11953/2020, decided on 20.03.2023), whereby the writ petition was dismissed.
In view of the submission made, the present writ petition is also dismissed in the same terms in light of the judgment passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Bhanwara Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan (supra).
All pending application stands disposed of.
