I. The impugned order dated 19.04.2018 (Ann.13) and 09.05.2018 (Ann.14) may kindly be declared illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and same

quashed and set aside with all other consequential orders and benefits;
II. The and respondents may be directed to reinstate the petitioner back in service and may be allowed to work on the post of Patwari as was working prior to passing of the impugned orders;

IV. Costs of the writ petition any also be awarded to the petitioner.”
