Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working on the post of Class-IV at Gram Panchayat Ramgarh, Panchayat Samity Ramgarh, District Alwar w.e.f. 31.08.1995 against the sanctioned post Counsel further submits that even after passing a long period of continuation in service, services of the petitioner have not been regularised. He also submits that the respondent-State issued a notice dated 08.07.2009 for considering the case of those persons who were working on daily wages or temporary basis but the case of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents for regularisation.

Mr. C.L. Saini, learned Additional Advocate General states that if the petitioner makes a representation to the respondentauthority for consideration of his case for regularisation under the provisions of Notifications dated 08.07.2009 and 27.02.2009, the respondent-authority shall consider his case.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose off this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent-authority for consideration of the services of the petitioner for regularisation in view of the provisions of aforesaid notifications.

In case the petitioner files a representation before the respondent-authority, the respondent-authority is directed to consider the same in accordance with the notification mentioned above and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six months from today.

Since the main petition has been disposed of, all pending application/s, if any, also stand disposed.
