The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the validity of the Notification dated 27^th July, 2022 issued by the State Government, whereby the Rajasthan Transportation of Merchandise Goods in Stage Carriage and Contract Carriage Buses Scheme, 2022 (‘Scheme of 2022’) has been published.

Learned counsel for the respondents made submissions that similar nature writ petition bearing DB Civil Writ Petition No.12353/2022 (Jaipur Purchoon Transport Union, Jaipur & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr.) has been decided on 04^th October, 2023 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, wherein the said scheme has been upheld and therefore, the present petition may be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner made submissions seeking to persuade the Court to take a different view. However, after going through the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Jaipur Purchoon Transport Union, Jaipur & Anr. (supra), we are not inclined to take a view different than what has been taken in the said judgment by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Consequently, no case is made out for interference.

Accordingly, the present petition is also dismissed.
