Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that since in all the petitioners have already applied under the Amnesty Scheme-2023 issued vide notification of Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan dated February 10 2023, he wants to withdraw these writ petitions.
Hence, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
All applications filed in some of the petitions for withdrawal
of the writ petitions are also disposed of.
