Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the controversy involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1627/2020, Chand Kanwar Vs. State & Ors. on 02.02.2022.

In view of the above submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:-

“1. The respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to issue Special Bonafide Resident Certificate (TSP Area) to the petitioner in accordance with law. If the respondents are of the view that the petitioner is not entitled for

grant of Special Bonafide Resident Certificate (TSP Area), they shall pass a speaking order and send the same to the petitioner.

2. For the purpose of aforesaid, the petitioner shall furnish instant and the photostat copy of the application, she claims to have filed. On receipt of the same, the Tehsildar concerned shall do the needful within a period of 7 days.

3. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.”
