The instant appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 24 CPC for transferring the appeal No.83/2022 titled as “Smt. Safedi Vs. Santosh Kumar & Anr.” from Divisional Commissioner, Bharatpur to any other Divisional Commissioner.
Heard.
No ground is made out to transfer the aforesaid appeal from Divisional Commissioner, Bharatpur to any other Divisional Commissioner more so when the said appeal is at the stage of final arguments.
The transfer Application is dismissed accordingly.
