The present petition has been filed with a prayer for transferring of the application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act from the Court of Additional District Judge, Bhinmal to Jodhpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the present petition, conciliation proceedings have already taken place between the parties and on 29.11.2022 it has been specifically observed by the Court below that both the parties have mutually consented that the decree for divorce be granted as there are no chances for them to live together. Learned counsel submitted that now he does not pray for transfer of the proceedings but he submitted that the petitioner who is patient of cancer is to undergo some specific treatment in the next two
