Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim order dated 18.5.2015 passed by this Court is modified to the following effect:-
“Th e trial court may proceed further in the matter
but shall not pass the final decree till further orders of this court. Plaintiff-respondent is directed not to alienate the suit property till further orders of this court."
This order is confirmed till disposal of the appeal.
The stay application stands disposed of.
