- Vide order dated 24.05.2023, the parties were referred to mediation on the request of learned counsels.

- In pursuance to the same, mediation proceedings were initiated and as per the report dated 07.07.2023 of the learned Mediator, the parties have entered into an amicable settlement and a compromise deed has also been executed for the purpose. The compromise deed dated 07.07.2023 as entered into between the parties is also a part of the mediation report as filed by the learned Mediator.

- Learned counsels for the parties submit that the present appeal be disposed of in terms of said compromise.

- In view of submission made, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise deed dated 07.07.2023 as entered into between the parties during the course of mediation.
