Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the present appeal had already been dismissed by this Court on 20.04.2023. A copy of the said order has also been shown for the perusal of the Court.
It is clear that the present appeal was dismissed by this Court on 20.04.2023 by a speaking order. However, it seems that the appropriate entry regarding disposal of the appeal has not been made by the concerning clerk and therefore, the appeal has been listed again in the ‘Admission’ category.
It is, therefore, directed that appropriate entry of disposal be made and the present appeal having already been decided on 20.04.2023, be consigned to record.
