The instant criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for protection of Life and Liberty from the private respondents.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the material available on record, petitioner is directed to file representation alongwith relevant documents

before the Superintendent of Police, Sirohi within a period of fifteen days. The Superintendent of Police shall take up all the facts as well as representation, if any, filed on behalf of the petitioner and considering them strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
The instant criminal writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of accordingly.
