It is noticed that sufficient remission will be earned by the petitioner on 15.02.2023 as per the conclusion submitted by the State. Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter, however, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the prayer of the petitioner for releasing him on permanent parole after 15th of February, 2023 and necessary orders be passed in this regard by the end of February, 2023.
The parole writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
