This criminal writ petition has been filed on behalf of the convict-petitioner through his son Anil Payal with a prayer to release him on emergent parole from 15.03.2023 to 09.04.2023 so that he may appear in the secondary school examination scheduled to be held from 16.03.2023 to 08.04.2023.
Learned AAG has furnished the factual report, wherein it is mentioned that there is no apparent reason for the convictpetitioner to appear in the secondary school examination in this age. It is also mentioned in the factual report that till date, as

many as 14 criminal cases for heinous crime are registered against the petitioner.
Mr. Anil Payal son of the convict-petitioner present in person, has submitted that he does not want to press this criminal writ petition at this stage.
