Learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant submits that present petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 70 years and he is on dialysis. He makes a limited prayer that learned trial court may be directed to decide the Complainant Case No.1873/2021 titled as ‘Ramesh Kumar Builtiwala Vs. Narendra Kumar Baj’ expeditiously.
