The present transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 Cr.P.C. for transferring the Criminal Cases pending against the petitioner to Family Court No.2, Bikaner.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the criminal cases No.28/2023 & 29/2023 are pending before the Family Court No.3, Bikaner and criminal cases Nos.346/2022 and 627/2022 are pending before Family Court No.2. A limited prayer has been made

by learned counsel for the petitioner that all these four cases may be clubbed together for disposal of the case.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that criminal cases Nos.346/2022 and 627/2022 pending before Family Court No.2, Bikaner may be transferred to Family Court No.3, Bikaner for convenience of both the parties.
I have considered the arguments advanced before me and perused the material available on record.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and case Nos.346/2022 & 627/2022 are hereby transferred from Family Court No.2, Bikaner to Family Court No.3, Bikaner for disposal of all the four cases.
