A communication dated 01.02.2023 has been received from the learned Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Jodhpur Metropolitan, in which it is mentioned that the petitioner Shafi Mohd. had already expired on 26.06.2022. Death certificate of petitioner Shafi Mohd. is also annexed with this letter.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present revision stands dismissed as abated.
Suspension of sentence of the petitioner is also dismissed accordingly.
Record of the trial Court be sent back immediately.
