Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submit that on 15.03.2021, statements of two prosecution witnesses were recorded before the trial Court as PW-1 and PW-2 and thereafter other witnesses have also been examined before the trial court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact that two prosecution witnesses have already been examined.
In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present revision petition but seeks liberty to raise all the objection before the trial Court at appropriate stage of the trial.
Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Stay petition also stands dismissed.
