- Learned counsel Shri HS Balot appearing for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner – Pukh Raj has passed away. The fact to this effect has been verified by the learned Public Prosecutor. " Actio personalis moritur cum persona – personal action dies with the person" is the rule of criminal jurisprudence. Thus, nothing survives in this matter to proceed further.
