Matter has come up on the Board from the defect side.
The defect, pointed out by the Registry, is that the present revision petition has been filed against the order dt.07.11.2023 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Atru District Baran, in Criminal Miscellaneous Bail (Cancellation) Application filed under Section 439 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing for the accused-petitioners, after having argued the matter at some length, has prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to take recourse to alternative lawful remedy available to them in accordance with the provisions of law.
Permission, as sought for is granted.
