Heard learned counsels for the parties and learned Public Prosecutor.

The complainant-petitioner has challenged the order dated 31.10.2019, whereby the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C., was dismissed.

We have considered the statement of PW-1 Subhan Khan, PW-2 Arshad and PW-3 Sayra, on the basis of which, application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was filed.

Having considered the statement of these three witnesses, who were parents and family members of deceased, I am of considered view that already Police has filed charge-sheet against Asfaq, husband of deceased and except general allegations, no specific fact was stated in the statement of witnesses, therefore, looking to the material available on record, the Trial Court has rightly dismissed the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

In view of aforesaid, the revision petition is devoid of merit, the same is, therefore, dismissed.

Misc. application, if any, stands disposed of.
