As per the said factual report, in FIR No.101/2020, after investigation, charge-sheet has been framed and the same is to be filed before the learned trial Court on the next date i.e. on 22.02.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner neither appeared physically nor connected through video conferencing and the petition has been pending since 2021.
Hence, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
