The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.89/2018 registered at Police Station Sanganer Sadar, Distt. Jaipur.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report No.5955 dated 05/08/2023 duly signed by SHO, Police Station Sanganer Sadar, Distt. Jaipur as per which after investigation, a negative final report No.170/2021 has been chalked out and the same has also been accepted by the Court concerned on 20.06.2023. The factual report be taken on record.
In view of the subsequent development in the matter, the miscellaneous petition has rendered infructuous.
