After arguing to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant criminal misc. petition but at the same time seeks directions for protection of the right to right and liberty.

Since in this matter, after thorough investigation a Negative Final Report came to be chalked out and the cognizance was taken upon making protest and initiating inquiry under Sections 200 and 202 of the Cr.P.C., therefore, I deem it appropriate to direct that the petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Court on or before 12.01.2024 and move a regular bail application.

Upon his appearance as well as moving a regular bail application, the learned trial Court shall release him on bail

on the very same day; on the amount of surety and bond as it deems appropriate.

Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition is disposed of.
