It is appearing from the record that the Additional Collector & Executive Magistrate, Kotputli, Distt. Jaipur vide order dated 18.09.2020, issued notices to the private respondents. The proceedings have automatically been ended after the expiry of period of six months as provided under Section 116(6) Cr.P.C.. Thus, nothing remains left in the present case. The matter has rendered infructuous.
In view of the above, the present case is dismissed as having become infructuous.
