It is submitted by learned counsel for the complainantrespondent that criminal case which was pending, has also been disposed of by the learned trial Court.
In view of aforesaid fact and submission, the present criminal miscellaneous petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
