These petitions are for quashing of the same FIR No.335/2016 registered with Police Station Kaithun, District Kota Rural (Raj.) for offences under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC.
It has been informed that the Police has submitted negative report after investigation of the FIR.
In the circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw these petitions.
