This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.44/2022 registered at Police Station Jasol, Barmer for offences punishable under Sections 153-A, 153-B, 292, 295-A, 499, 506 IPC and Sections 67, 66 of Information Technology Act.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per status report of the investigation, charge-sheet for the aforesaid offences has been filed.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise objection before the concerned Court.
Permission is granted.
With liberty aforesaid, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
