The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner in FIR No.116/2017, Police Station Jaitaran, District Pali for offences under Sections 363, 366 of IPC, Sections 3(1)(W1), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST Act and Section 16/17 of POCSO Act.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that original case has already been decided by the trial Court, therefore, the present misc. petition has become infructuous.
Hence, the present misc. petition is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application also stands dismissed.
