The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.017/2019, PS Aahor, District Jalore for offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 04.03.2023 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, Police is going to file FR in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.
Stay application also dismissed.
