The petitioner has challenged order dated 29.11.2022, whereby, prayer of the petitioner to supply a clone copy of the seized C.D. was refused by the trial Judge. The trial Judge has recorded that the original transcripts were prepared under supervision of the Competent Authority as required under Section 65-B of the Indian Evidence Act and copy of the same was already supplied to the accused-petitioner along with Police papers under Section 207 of Cr.P.C.
After hearing the parties, I do not find any infirmity with the impugned order.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as devoid of any merit.
Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
