An application (Inward No.01/23) has been filed by the counsel for the petitioners stating therein that the matter has been compromised and decided by the learned trial Court vide order dated 17.11.2022, therefore, the matters pending before this Court may kindly be disposed-off in light of the order dated 17.11.2022 passed by the learned trial Court.
For the reasons mentioned in this application, the application is hereby allowed.
Since the matters have already been decided by the learned trial Court and compromise have arrived between the parties. So the present criminal misc. petitions are dismissed having become infructuous.
Stay petitions are also decided accordingly.
