Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has submitted factual report, which is taken on record. As per factual report, in FIR No.28/2018 registered at Police Station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur (South) after investigation the matter has been found to be of civil nature and Negative Final Report is proposed to filed before the learned trial Court.
In view of aforesaid factual report, this petition has become infructuous.
Hence, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
