The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0041/2021, PS Zawar Mines, Udaipur for offences under Sections 143, 447, 427 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 13.07.2023 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, Police has found the offences proved against the petitioner and accordingly

filed charge-sheet before the competent court. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. Stay application also dismissed.
