Since Police has submitted final report after investigation of FIR No.24/2022 registered with Police Station Jhalrapatan, Jhalawar for offences under Sections 147, 458, 504, 506 and 384 of IPC, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for quashing of the said FIR is infructuous now.
Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
